Les Miles Radio Show Travels To Atlanta Dec 29th

BATON ROUGE ? The Les Miles Show presented by Capital One Bank returns to Atlanta for the second time in four years as the one-hour radio show will be held on Monday, Dec. 29 at 8 p.m. EST.

The Les Miles Show will take place at Stats, which is billed as Atlanta?s premier sports restaurant with 70 high-definition televisions. Stats, located at 300 Marietta Street, is just one block from the CNN Center and the Georgia Dome and also serves as the home for the Atlanta Falcons post-game radio show.

The radio show, which is hosted by the Voice of the Tigers Jim Hawthorne, will preview LSU?s Chick-fil-A Bowl game against Georgia Tech. LSU is participating in a bowl game for a school-record ninth consecutive year with three of those appearances coming in the Atlanta at the Chick-fil-A Bowl.

The Les Miles Show will be held on the second level of Stats, next to the rooftop deck. Admission is free of charge and doors for the radio show will open at 6 p.m., however Stats will be open for business all day. Seating for the radio show will be a on a first come basis and food and drinks will be available for purchase before and after the show.

Mike the Tiger will make an appearance at the event beginning at 7 p.m. In addition, all fans attending the show will be able to pick up LSU?s commemorative Chick-fil-A Bowl poster.

The show will be broadcast on the LSU Sports Radio Network and can be heard in the Baton Rouge area on Eagle 98.1 FM as well as across the region on WWL Radio (870 AM). The show will also be carried on the Internet in the GeauxZone on LSUsports.net.

Other features of the show include the popular call-in segment with the fans as well as Coach Miles? take on the Tigers? game against 14th-ranked Georgia Tech, which will be held two nights later on Dec. 31 in the Georgia Dome.
